When it comes to your online web presence, being able to read ratings and reviews is the most crucial factor when hiring a pro, according to 81% of those surveyed. According to a recent study by BrightLocal, 72% of consumers say that positive reviews make them trust a local business more (Garman, Emily. “Online Reviews: How They Help Your Small Business and How to Get Them.” experian.com, May 2, 2023,)  Those are some big numbers. I could go on all day about ratings and reviews, but I’ll save the rest for another day – stay tuned!
